Inspection at Delivery

Customers are required to record a continuous, unedited unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is received until the product is completely unpacked and inspected.

The video must clearly capture:

  • The sealed package before opening.

  • The shipping label and package condition.

  • The entire unboxing process without any cuts or pauses.

  • The condition of the product immediately after unpacking.

This unboxing video serves as the primary proof in the event of any claim for transit damage, missing items, or incorrect products.

Damaged Product Replacement Policy

If your product arrives physically damaged due to transportation, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, you must provide:

  • The original continuous, unedited unboxing video.

  • Clear photographs of the damaged product.

  • Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label.

  • Your order number and contact details.

After verification, Furniculture India will provide a replacement of the damaged product or damaged component, as applicable.

Important

  • Claims without a complete, continuous unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement, as the cause and time of damage cannot be independently verified.

  • Replacement is subject to verification that the damage occurred during transit.

  • We offer replacement only for verified transit-damaged products. Refunds or returns will not be provided where a replacement can reasonably resolve the issue.
